ARES Business Registry Lookup
Automatic population of company data from the Administrative Register of Economic Subjects (ARES). Search for companies by name or identification number and let the system automatically fill in all details.

Searching company by name
On the contact creation or editing page, enter the company name in the Name field. Click the 'Find in ARES' button (magic wand icon). The system searches for the company in the ARES register. If one result is found, it automatically fills in: ID number, VAT ID, address (street, city, postal code), country (Czech Republic), legal form, court mark, and VAT payer status. If multiple results are found, a list of temporary contacts is displayed for selection.
Selecting from multiple results
If the ARES search returns multiple results, a list of temporary contacts (Temp Contacts) is displayed. For each found company, you see the name, ID number, and address. Click on the selected company and its data will be automatically transferred to the contact form.
